We loved the look of vines, but not so much when they root into the stucco, so we built these trellises. Held off the wall 2” with panel brackets, they keep the chocolate vines in check, but still let them rage

Peninsula fireplace to help connect these two rooms

Where there was once a wall now sits this three-sided @spartherm fireplace which helps separate, but also connect the living room and adjacent dining room. Going to be a really nice centerpiece for this home

Exterior insulation

If given the opportunity, exterior insulation is one of the best ways to keep your home comfortable. On this home we’re renovating, originally built in the late 1800s, we’re using 5” of @rockwoolna Comfortboard 80 to not only meet but exceed the standard code today.

The client came up with a random checkerboard pattern with this tumbled marble tile. Although he gave us the freedom to stray a bit, we decided to follow it to a T to best manage expectations 👌🏼
